Denise Morilla Lyons
Born
in Lima, Perú, Denise Morilla Lyons has lived in the San Francisco Bay
Area for three decades. Her field of study since her teens has been
architecture, having received her degree at UC Berkeley. Design, writing and photography have been lifelong fascinations and the greatest of companions. Denise's
Photo-A-Day projects, inspired and guided by powerwoman Michelle
Favreault, have taken discipline and creativity and fused them into one
wild ride. The lesson has been to stop and behold beauty and humor, occurring naturally in everyday life. She was a featured photographer in the juried art exhibition at the Marin County Fair 2014. To learn more about her full photography collections, her weekly writing project, and contact information, please visit: www.DeniseMorillaLyons.com. 5% of all of Denise’s proceeds will be donated to SAVE THE BAY www.SaveSFBay.org.
Mary E. Taylor
Mary Taylor fell in love with photography as a teenager and from that point on, has been taking photographs as much as possible. Her philosophy is to carry her camera with her at all times, always ready to capture a scene, person, or activity that is compelling to the eye, and that is rich with an unfolding story to be told. Mary had the opportunity to live in Dominica for nine years, allowing her the time to really develop her craft and to document new and exciting adventures in the Caribbean. Recently relocating to Cape Cod, her focus has now shifted to the unique landscapes of the Massachusetts coast, and of nearby New England states. Her works have been featured in juried shows at the Cape Cod Art Association, the Hyannis Artist Shanty program, the Local Art Gallery in Woods Hole, MA, and Rambling Rivers Antiques in Westbrook, CT. Mary’s photographs can also be found in the book Dominica; Isle of Beauty. For more information and to purchase prints, please check out her website at: www.MaryETaylorPhotography.com
